Experience the music - Wed 29th of March 2017

Genre: Industrial, Punk, Gothic
Invadersfrommars was born in 2003 as a response to numerous artistic and record label commitments made by their components due to diverse previous projects. These obligations forced them to meet certain standards and requirements which conditioned absolutely their work. So they decided to dispense altogether with such conditions and not rely on anyone at the stages of the project's work, by coining the term "do it yourself" and from that moment they never ceased the musical work, by having more than 60 tracks composed.

Among other things they decided that each of the songs should be composed and recorded in a single day, to make them more fresh and take away the chill it is supposed to be made with machines. Thus this work also would have a highly disconcerting imperfection factor bringing them closer to the punk philosophy (though without being like musically at all). Nowadays it is a real challenge and defiance to the audience that something sounds as organic analog.

The best Invadersfrommars' virtues are the live performances, where the strength of Playskull as frontman, the powerful choirs of Pili and the aggressive Zatanikdoll's sensuality gain special prominence, and all controlled by the Robert Martex's machines, which perform a repertoire designed so that public don't stop dancing the entire time they are on the stage.

According to critics their music could be defined as "Electronic Body Punk" when retrieving the classic EBM's sound and giving it the force and speed of punk with a very personal and surprising result.

They have shared the stage with bands like And One, Bloody Beetroots, Combichrist, Diorama, Cruxshadows, Invincible Spirit, Larva, F.Y.L., Alaska and more.

With hardly any promotion they have exceeded the 186.000 visits in their MySpace's website, thus becoming a band to be considered into the electronic scene.
