Under Cover is an Industrial/EBM band that was born in Valencia during 2009 promoted by Mortis Dj, Dj Lilith and
Ashtaroth, offered as a different alternative to audiences in live performances, by providing them with attractive visual proposals to accompany the presentations in real-time along with a booming and convincing sound.
Despite of being a quite young band, the careers of its members began in 1989 with Dj Mortis, which delivers at his shows new sounds from the EBM style and combining these with another ones such as Gothic Rock or After Punk. All of this
leads him to offer sessions for the most prestigious clubs in Spain and sharing with the most important spanish DJs. His musical career continues as a promoter for various festivals and concerts (Made In Valencia Festival, Revolution
Fest, Estigia Festival, etc.), which took him to found the project Under Cover.
On the other hand, Dj Lilith, begins in 2006 influenced by the latest electronic dark music an ascending career, by taking her to play at prestigious festivals such as Made In Valencia and Existence Festival.
The visual art of Under Cover is developed by Ashtaroth, with the completion of an own and unique piece of software, which interacts with music in live shows. His career as a programmer has won prestigious awards, including first places in contests such as the Euskal Demoscene Party (Spain), Gravity '97 (Poland) and the BCN Party / ArtFutura
To these three components is added the collaboration of Julio Nexus (Megabeat, Interfront, Division of Blue), one of
the creators of the "Sonido de Valencia", with some themes' production. In turn, Lady Aradia and Khoyac collaborate in live performances from the aesthetic point of view.
Under Cover prepares the release of a 3 Maxi-CD's work called "Beats Scene Imperium" (on May 1st, May 15th and June 1st respectively) with 12 versions of the song "Imperium Beats" remixed by bands like Interfront, Vigilante, Teknika, Larva, F.Y.L., Sinestesia, Blood, Vondage and DJ David Akelarre, among others. After that, the band will release its debut album "Non Stop!" on June 15th and a DVD of a live concert recorded at the Existence Festival.
